Can you ship internationally?
We are pleased to share that we are now able to offer international shipping services for our customers. We understand that our customers may have a need for international shipping, and we are committed to finding ways to accommodate their needs via our trusted shipping and freight partners. Prices vary. Please email info@deorlingstudio.com for all shipping enquires.
How do I arrange collection?
At Deorling, we understand that purchasing a bulky or fragile item can involve some logistical challenges. That's why, if you've selected such an item from our store, we'll be in touch with you after the purchase to arrange for its collection.
Our location point is at E15, London. We'll do our best to accommodate your collection needs. We strongly recommend using services such as Shipley or Anyvan for collections made on your behalf. These companies specialize in transportation of large and valuable items, and can ensure that your purchase arrives safely and securely at your destination.
If you prefer to collect the item personally, we look forward to meeting you in person. At Deorling, we care about your experience with us, and we're committed to making your purchase as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Please note that due to limited storage space items not collected after 14 days will be charged storage fee’s of £10 a day.
