Can you ship internationally?


We are pleased to share that we are now able to offer international shipping services for our customers. We understand that our customers may have a need for international shipping, and we are committed to finding ways to accommodate their needs via our trusted shipping and freight partners. How do I arrange collection?


At Deorling, we understand that purchasing a bulky or fragile item can involve some logistical challenges. That's why, if you've selected such an item from our store, we'll be in touch with you after the purchase to arrange for its collection.
Our location point is at E15, London. We'll do our best to accommodate your collection needs. We strongly recommend using services such as Shipley or Anyvan for collections made on your behalf. These companies specialize in transportation of large and valuable items, and can ensure that your purchase arrives safely and securely at your destination.
If you prefer to collect the item personally, we look forward to meeting you in person. At Deorling, we care about your experience with us, and we're committed to making your purchase as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Please note that due to limited storage space items not collected after 14 days will be charged storage fee’s of £10 a day.

Delivery Timeframe at Deorling?


At Deorling, we value our customers' satisfaction and we always strive to ensure that our parcels are delivered on time. As a small business, we understand the importance of timely delivery and we do our best to send out all our parcels within the week.
However, we also want to be transparent with our customers and manage their expectations when it comes to delivery times. For this reason, we kindly ask our customers to allow 10-14 days for delivery.
We know that waiting for a package can be frustrating, but please trust that we are doing everything in our power to make sure that your package arrives as soon as possible. We use reliable shipping services to ensure that your package is delivered safely and securely.

Refunds Policy


At Deorling, we believe in providing our customers with the best possible service. We understand that there may be cases where you may need to request a refund, We offer a 14 day cooling off period. However, please note that we cannot refund delivery costs and cost of return.
In addition, we always strive to deliver our products in excellent condition.

At Deorling, we take pride in offering a wide selection of second-hand items that are both affordable and environmentally friendly. However, we want to make sure our customers are aware that because these items have been previously owned, they may not be in brand new condition.

We understand that wear and tear can be a concern for those looking to make a purchase, and we want to assure our customers that we inspect all items thoroughly before listing them for sale. However, considering the nature of second-hand items, some degree of general wear and tear is inevitable.

Before making a purchase, we encourage our customers to closely review the item's photos and description to get a clear understanding of its condition.

If an item is delivered broken or faulty, we will provide a full refund. We request our customers to inform us about any issues with the delivered product within 48 hours of delivery. Any fault reported after this timeframe will not be considered for a refund.
